The Site Plan is not to scale, although 1" = 50'-0" is shown on the plans. The sign types are outlined with dimensions by Motivational Systems Inc. on a separate document. The monument sign location proposed for the southeast comer of Innovation Way and Palomar Airport road is shown as a Type 1 sign 25 feet behind the back of the curb ramp. This is a signalized intersection and the sign is acceptable as shown at 5'0" max in height, lO'O" in length, and less than 12" wide. The width is not shown on the plans and should be provided. The monument sign location for the driveway off Innovation Way proposes a Type la 30'-35' from the property line. The property line is approximately 10' firom the face of curb, shown on the plans. The sign shown at this driveway location is acceptable at 6'0" max in height, 4'-0" max in length, and 10" in width. The monument sign location for the driveway off Gateway Road proposes a Type 2 35'- 40' from the property line. The property line is approximately 10' from the face of curb, shown on the plans.
