B. Materials the sign(s)'will be constructed of.
C. Source of Illumination.
D. Proposed sign copy.
APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT THREE (3) SETS OF SIGN/SITE PLANS, A COMPLETED
APPLICATION FORM, AND THE APPLICATION FEE.
The application must be submitted prior to 4:00 p.m. Average processing time: 2 weeks

Warner Lemenager on the behalf of Adimpact has applied for permit for the Comerica Bank directional sign at
1000 Aviara Parkway, the permit fees has been paid for and I believe you were just waiting for landlord
approval,. I have attached the drawing with landlord's signature on it, please let me know if you need additional
information, otherwise if the permit is ready, I was wondering if you could mail the permit to the following
