After reviewing the rendering the landlord (LOS COCHES VILLAGE, LLC) is approving the proposed facia sign with the following conditions and/or requirements: 1. This approval is subject to City approval and/or requirements. Our office must approve any alterations and/or deviations from this rendering. Obtain City permits and approvals for work.
