Dear Mr. Hightower,
We have reviewed the facia sign rendering for the referenced store location. After reviewing the
rendering the landlord (LOS COCHES VILLAGE, LLC) is approving the proposed facia sign with
the following conditions and/or requirements:
1. This approval is subject to City approval and/or requirements. Our office must approve
any alterations and/or deviations from this rendering. Obtain City permits and approvals
for work. Provide our office with copies of all City approvals and permits.
2. Care must be taken as not to damage the building facia framing during installation of
facia sign. ANY DAMAGE FOUND TO THE BUILDING FRAMING WILL BE REPAIRED
BY THE LANDLORD AND CHARGED BACK TO THE TENAMT.
3. Any damage to the building stucco/tile must be repaired professionally. ANY DAMAGE
NOT PROFESSIONALLY REPAIRED WILL BE REPAIRED BY THE LANDLORD AND
CHARGED BACK TO THE TENANT.
4. Protect building canopy below proposed sign from damage (if applicable). ANY
DAMAGE TO THE CANOPY WILL BE REPAIRED, REPLACED AND/OR CLEANED BY
THE LANDLORD AND CHARGED BACK TO THE TENANT.
5. Sign(s) must be connected to signage circuit(s) provided.
6. Maintain the common area in a neat, safe and clean manner during the installation of the
proposed facia sign(s).
7. Conform with all redline comments/adjustments on rendering (if applicable).
8. Proposed signage and signage installation must conform with shopping center's signage
criteria.
9. This approval is limited to one (1) facia sign only. All other signage must be submitted
to this office for landlord approval prior to installation.

10. No banners have been approved for this location. A formal request must be submitted to
our office for landlord approval prior to installation. Any damage to the building finishes
as a result of unauthorized or authorized banner will be repaired by the landlord and back
charged to the tenant.
11. Landlord reserves the right to impose additional conditions and/or requirements they see
fit to maintain the integrity of the building, common area of the shopping center and
safety of the tenants, employees and shopping center customers.
With these conditions and/or requirements, you are authorized to proceed with the proposed
tenant signage. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions you may have.
