Subject: Monumeat Signage for Lot 16 at Bressi Ranch Corporate Center OA
Dear Mr. Landreth,
We have reviewed the monument signage design submittal package for Bressi Ranch Lot 16.
The plans were prepared by Fabrication Arts, dated 6/12/07, and consisted of thi'ee 11x17
sheets. The project was prepared for Red Texas Realty, LLC, c/o Ken Satterlee.
The monument sign is 4'-2" high by 12'-0" long and is to be located within the front yard
setback adjacent Campbell Place. The materials are slate tile cladding to match the building tile
with dark bronze acrylic lettering and logos.
The monument signage is in compliance with the Bressi Ranch Design Guidelines. It should be
noted that the City of Carlsbad will have to issue a permit for this signage.
