Distance to the property line(s) for all proposed freestanding sign(s). 5. Provide an elevation for all proposed sign(s) which specifies the following: A. Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed sign(s). B. Materials the sign(s) will be constructed of. C. Source of Illumination. D. Proposed sign copy. The proposed plans, for·a singl~ wall sign is consistent~with th.e CRC Design Guidelines and therefore the submitted plans are considered APPROVED. Mcintosh, Secretary Keith Brentlinger, Treasurer Will Fischetti, Architectural Committee Andrew Over, Architectural Committee Relating to the signage at 2230 Faraday. It was approved that signage at 2230 be approved for mounting on the South side of the building. It is adopted that the white window signage be limited to the HOA door approved signage. At this time, only signage to be approved for any Faraday Spectrum building shall be on the South or North sides of the building. The exception is Aquatic Design, due to the position of their building relative to the rest of the development, and approval of current signage at past meeting.
