Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Traffic Engineering Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. Additional time will be required for on-site inspection. The landlord is approving the proposed fascia sign alterations with the following conditions and/or requirements: 1) This approval is supject to City approval and/or requirements. Our office must approve any alterations and/or deviations from this rendering. Obtain City pemiits and approvals for work. Provide our office with copies of all City approvals and permits. 2) The existing ^scia signs must be completely removed. 3) Once the fascia signs are removed the landlord will have their contractor patch, finish and paint the building stucco to match. We recommend that this woric be set up at least three (3) weeks in advance with our office to minimize signage down time. 4) Care must be taken as not to damage the building fascia firaming during installation of fascia sign. ANY DAMAGE FOUND TO THE BUILDING FRAMING WILL BE REPAIRED BY THE LANDLORD AND CHARGED BACK TO THE TENANT. 5) Any damage to the building stucco/tile must be repaired professionally.
