5. Provide an elevation for all proposed sign(s) which specifies the following:
A. Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed sign(s).
B. Materials the sign(s) will be constructed of.
C. Source of Illumination.
D. Proposed sign copy.
APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT THREE (3) SETS OF SIGN/SITE PLANS, A COMPLETED
2\PPLICATION FORM, AND THE APPLICATION FEE.
The application must be submitted prior to 4:00 p.in. Average processing time: 2 weeks

RE: Blue Ribbon Banner Installation
Dear Karen:
We are in receipt of Stater Bros, request to install a "Blue Ribbon Banner" on the
store front at the address listed above. Pursuant to Section 7.4 of the Lease, the
Landlord of Bressi Village Center approves of the installation of the banner
signage provided the installation does not violate any local ordinances and that
the plan is submitted and approved by the city of Carlsbad.
Please see section 7.4 of the Lease regarding other installation details. If you
