Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Traffic Engineering Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. Additional time will be required for on-site inspection. In addition to the Architectural Review Committee's approval, in accordance with lease paragraphs 7.3 & 53, the exterior monument sign requires Lessor's approval. At this time, we approve the changes to the monument sign. We expect the existing monument sign to be restored to its original condition upon lease temnination.
