Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Traffic Engineering Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. Additional time will be required for on-site inspection. We have no problem with the tenant installing only the (2) signs and we will not require them to Install a 3rd sign on the Northern elevation. However, we think it is a mistake not to install a sign on the NorthTower" as there is considerable vehicular travel going past tfiis location.
