sign elevations containing the following information:
1. North arrow and scale.
2. Location of existing buildings or structures, parking areas, and vehicular access points to the
property.
3. Location of all existing and proposed signs for the property.
4. Distance to the property line(s) for all proposed freestanding sign(s).
5. Provide im elevation for all proposed s;gn(s) which specifies the following:
A. Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed sign(s).
B. Materials the sign(s) will be constructed of.
C. Source of Illumination.
D. Proposed sign copy.
APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT THREE (3) SETS OF SIGN/SITE PLANS, A COMPLETED
APPLICATION FORM, AND THE APPLICATION FEE.
The application must be submitted pripr to 4:00 p.m. Average processing time: 2 weeks

CRAFTSMANSHIP MUSEUM" per supplied design.
Drilled and taped for stud mounting. Installed per
UBC. Paint by others.

Permit drafting, submission and final inspection is
billed at $95.00 per hour.

Any and all costs incurred with this contract shall be deemed due and payable to Clear Sign & Design, Inc. at
the time of termination or completion of contract. In the event this contract is terminated and/or canceled, a
total of twenty-five percent (25%) will be billed. If sign designs went to the permitting stage or permitted at the
time of contract cancellation, a fifty percent (50%) will be billed. If the signs have entered into fabrication a
total of one-hundred percent ( 100%) of this contract will be billed. Title for all property listed shall not transfer
from Clear Sign & Design, Inc. until the final invoice is paid-in-full. Should this account require legal action to
collect, the account shall be liable for reasonable legal expenses and attorney fees. Adequate electrical power is
to be provided within six (6) feet of the sign installation and is provided by others.
