The lot lines need to be added to the site plan. 2. Each lot needs to have a separate permit (separate application, fees, site plan, etc.). 3. As shown on page 3 of the application, the distance from the face of curb to the monuments needs to be added to the site plan as Traffic/Engineering will be reviewing this information. Once submitted to Planning, it will be internally routed to Traffic/Engineering for their approval. Once approved (typical time frame is 1-2 weeks as stated on the application) Planning will call the contact on the application and let them know the plans are ready at the building counter for the building permit.
