Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Transportation Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. The lot lines need to be added to the site plan. 2. Each lot needs to have a separate permit (separate application, fees, site plan, etc.). 3. As shown on page 3 of the application, the distance from the face of curb to the monuments needs to be added to the site plan as Traffic/Engineering will be reviewing this information. Once submitted to Planning, it will be internally routed to Traffic/Engineering for their approval. Once approved (typical time frame is 1-2 weeks as stated on the application) Planning will call the contact on the application and let them know the plans are ready at the building counter for the building permit. I am requesting a courtesy review of the proposed signs before we submit for the permits. We are located in Orange County and I'm hoping to eliminate multiple trips to the City's offices.
