4. Distance to the property line{s) for all proposed freestanding sign(s).

A Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed sign{s).

C. Source of Illumination.
D. Proposed sign copy.

**Prior to approval, all proposed pole, monument, and freestanding signs must be reviewed
for potential sight distance and visibility issues. Additional information must supplement
this application showing how the proposed signage will not encroach into the public right-
of-way or present a traffic hazard. Page 3 of 4 illustrates an example for what would be
required for such proposed signs.

SITE PLAN REQUIREMENT FOR POLE, MONUMENT, AND FREESTANDING SIGN
APPLICATIONS. .
The following example. illustrates the information that is required for all pole, monument, and
freestanding sign permit applications. Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed
for"potential issues by the Transportation Department, which will not allow signs to be approved
over the counter. Additional time will be required for on-site inspection. ·

Relationship to Streets: Signs shall be designed and located so as not. _to interfere with the
unobstructed clear view of the public right-of-way and nearby traffic regulatory signs. of any
pedestrian, bicyclist or motor vehicle driver.

We have reviewed the fascia sign rendering for the referenced store location. After reviewing the
rendering the landlord (LOS COCHES PROPERTIES,·LLC) is·approving the proposed fascia signs with
the following conditions and/or requirements:'
1) This approval is ·subject to City appr~val and/or requirements. Our office must approve any
alterations and/or deviations from this rendering .. Obtain City permits and approvals for work.
Provide our office with copies of all City approvals and p·ermits.
2) Care must be taken ~s not to damage the building fascia framing during installation of fascia
signs. ANY DAMAGE FOUND TO THE BUILDING FRAMING WILL.BE REPAIRED BY THE
LANDLORD AND CHARGED BACK TO THE TENANT. .
3) Care must be taken as not to damage the _building fascia stucco during installation of the fascia
signs. ANY DAMAGE WILL BE REPAIREO BY THE LANDLORD AND CHARGED BACK TO
THE TENANT.
-4) Signs must b~ connected to signage circuits provided. . . '.
5) Maintain the common.area in a neat, safe and clean manner during the installation of the
