Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Transportation Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. The proposed plans for a single wall sign are consistent with the CRC Design Guidelines and therefore the submitted plans are considered APPROVED. Please note that buildings of this size are entitled to three wall signs, however only two signs may appear on any one elevation. Including this approval, there will now be two signs on this elevation facing Faraday Ave. Therefore, no additional wall signs will be permitted on this particular elevation.
