Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential. issues t,y the Transportation Department. which will not allow signs to be approved owr the counter. Signage on behalf of your tenant at 2280 and 2282 Faraday Averiue on Lots 3-6 and 3-7 in the CRC. The ARC notes that the applicant requests one wall sign per building and two tenant I.D. plaques on the existing entl'y momunent. The JJroposed plans for two wall signs and two-tenant I.D .. plaq1ies ate fully consistent with the CRC Desig11 Guidelilies and therefore the ARC considers the plans APPROVED. You are free to install the signs once you receive a City of Carlsbad sign permit.
