Please provide us a final copy upon receipt of City permit approvals. 1. A minimum of six inches must be kept from any wall edge transition (i.e. brick to stucco, brick to edge of storefront, etc...) and demising walls. 2. All signage must be fully weatherproof and shall be constructed of premium-quality, weather resistant materials. All illuminated signs shall be fabricated and installed in compliance with all applicable building and electrical codes and shall bear an Underwriter's Laboratory (UL) label. No exposed raceways, crossovers or conduits will be permitted. All cabinets, conductors, transformers or other equipment related to lighting controls must be concealed from public view or accessibility unless they are an integral part of the design. All permits for signs and installation will be obtained by the Tenant, with a copy sent to the Landlord's Tenant Coordinator prior to installation. 3. The Tenant signs must meet all local sign code requirements and are the sole responsibility of the Tenant. 4. Installers must provide proof of licensing and insurance. Trucks must be substantial with outriggers. Installers must protect asphalt with plywood. Methods of installation must be acceptable to on-site tenant coordination. No truck parking on sidewalks or curbs is allowed. 5. Tenant's sign contractor is responsible for pulling all permits, including electrical, making sure all permits are finaled.
