After reviewing the rendering the landlord (LOS COCHES PROPERTIES, LLC) is approving the proposed fascia sign with the following conditions and/or requirements: 1) This approval is subject to City approval and/or requirements. Our office must approve any alterations and/or deviations from this rendering. Obtain City permits and approvals for work. Provide our office with copies of all City approvals and permits. 2) Care must be taken as not to damage the building fascia framing during installation of fascia sign.
