APPLICATIONS
The following. example illustrates the information that is required for all pole, monument, and
freestanding sign permit applications. Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed
for potential issues by the Transportation Department, which will not allow signs to be approved
over the counter. Additional time will be required for on-site inspection.

Relationship to Streets: Signs shall be designed and located so as not to interfere with the
unobstructed clear view of the public right-of-way and nearby traffic regulatory signs of any
pedestrian, bicyclist or motor vehicle driver.
Sight Distance: No sign or sign structure shall be placed or constructed so that it impairs the sight
distance requirements at any public or private street intersection or driveway.

DearTim,
Pursuant to Exhibit C, Rules and Regulations, to that certain Standard Industrial Lease
which you executed with R G. Fenton Property Company for the premises located at
2732 Loker Ave, dated September 2, 2014, you are required to obtain the Owner's prior
written approval before installing any signage on the'premises.
Owner has reviewed the request submitted to R G. Fenton Company on March 26, 2015,
and accompanying drawings and photographs submitted by North Coast Signs; hereto
attached, and hereby approves the same. This approval, however, is conditioned upon the
Tenant complying with each and every provision of the Lease.
Owner further advises SCI Inc. that, per paragraph 8.6, all costs for removal of the
proposed alteration, and restoration to the pre~construction condition at the end of the
term, or move-out, whichever shall occur later, shall be the ·sole responsibility of the
Tenan.L .
