Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Transportation Department, which wlll not allow signs to be approved over the counter. Page I of2 The total allowed signage square feet is based on the length of the building that parallels El Camino Real up to a maximum of 150 square feet. You may divide that total allowance between the three signs proposed. The "stand-up" signage over the entry trellis must be mounted in such a way that the conduit (raceway) is discrete and not visible.
