Additional information must supplement this application showing how the proposed signage will not encroach into the public right- of-way or present a traffic hazard. Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Transportation Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. B. General Specifications 2-3-16 11. Village Faire Identification Signs: a. Village Faire Shopping Center Identification signs shall be permitted at the entry ways on the West, South and North sides of the property. The size of the Village Faire Identification Signs shall be included as part of the total allowed wall signage for each building elevation. See attached for specifications.
