Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Transportation Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. Additional time will be required for on-site inspection. The proposed plans for an existing single wall sign are consistent with the CRC Design Guidelines and therefore the submitted plans are considered APPROVED. Please note, that including this approval, your property now has the maximum allowable signage (1 monument and I wall sign), thus no additional signs can be placed on your lot.
