Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Transportation Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. Additional time will be required for on-site inspection. I've spoken to Jackie Sutton at Cushman & Wakefield's Carlsbad leasing office today, she will find out how quickly they can take down their existing leasing banner since Novasyte's top building signage will replace it very soon. Please find out when the new top building sign will be installed for Novasyte, then reply all, this way we're aware of the timing. Cushman's Carlsbad leasing office can either relocate their leasing banner above the 5993 Avenida Encinas Suite 101 vacancy or remove it from the center. While we do not know how the existing leasing banner is anchored to the building, we trust Cushman's Carlsbad team will ensure the building face is in good condition before you install the new tenant top building signage for Novasyte.
