Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Transportation Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. The single wall sign is consistent with the CRC Design Guidelines. Additionally, the plans propose the removal and replacement (with USI Insurance Services) of two tenant panels on the existing monument sign near the site entry at Priestly Drive, which is also consistent with the CRC Design Guidelines.
