1. North arrow and scale.
2. Location of existing buildings or structures, parking areas, and vehicular access points to the
property.
3. Location of all existing and proposed signs for the property.
4. Distance to the property line(s) for all proposed freestanding sign(s).
5. Provide an elevation for all proposed sign(s) which specifies the following:
A. Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed sign(s).
B. Materials the sign(s) will be constructed of.
C. Source of Illumination.
D. Proposed sign copy.

sign project request (nine pages of plans plus Landlord
approval letter). Please note that we added in the approval
letter that additionally the approval is conditioned upon the
tenant's approval of the submitted plans.
Kindly provide all outstanding written requirements per this
approval to the Landlord at the above captioned address prior
to commencement of any work on the sign project.
Also, please advise in advance when the sign project is to
commence and terminate.

Helix Real Estate Investment Trust (Name of landlord) acknowledges its ownership of the business
building at 880 Carlsbad Dr Carlsbad, CA 92008, that is presently leased to Victra.
Helix Real Estate Investment Trust has seen the proposed sign package, and approves all signage if it
comports to city/county code and tenant's approval. Helix Real Estate Investment Trust authorizes
ldentiti Resources and their agents to obtain all necessary permits for signage, as well as install all
approved signage at 880 Carlsbad Dr Carlsbad, CA 92008 per the attached nine page proposed sign
package identified as Victra_Carlsbad CA_170603_R3_LL.
In addition to the nine page proposed sign package identified as Victra_Carlsbad CA_170603_R3_LL, this
approval confirms that the below is being done:
1. Current signage is being removed and updated with new logo signage.
2. Fa~ade repair will include patching and sealing of any penetrations left from the old sign, to
match the current stonework as close as possible. ldentiti Resources shall, to landlord's
satisfaction, seal any penetrations with a color matched cement or mortar (depending on where
the holes from the old sign fall) in order to minimize any signs of the old signage they are
removing.
3. No new electrical outlets will be introduced, we will use the power that is in place for the
current signs.
4. The Landlord at it sole discretion will determine where the entire area is to be painted from
break to break to match existing.
5. The vendor will provide insurance coverage for the Landlord as coinsured as part of the Landlord
permission and a hold harmless agreement
