Thank you for taking the time yesterday to meet me at
Palomar Oaks to look at the slope planting. As a result
of our meeting, the following conclusions were reached:
1. Verification that the slope planting is satisfactory and that additional hydroseeding and irrigation has
been done and is successful.
2. Bare areas of previous concern to the City now have
vegetation on them.
3. If bare areas exist by this coming Spring, the
developer will either hydroseed or hand plant
vegetation as necessary.
4. You, as a representative of the City, will "sign offt1
the slope, indicating successful completion of the
slope revegetation process.
