Dear Jim:
Pursuant to our conversation, enclosed please find one (1) executed and approved sign drawing for processing of your signs at North County P1 aza as provided by Promotional Signs Unlimited. In particular, reference to the "A Pi ace For Ribs". As I have done in the past, I approved this sign with the understanding that it constitutes the Tony Roma's corporate logo and as such is a requirement by the Tony Roma Corporation. As we have discussed, I am approving this on this basis only, because can signs are not
consistent with our approved sign program with the City of Carlsbad, and that the city has the ultimate approval right and must be acceptable to them .
