RE: EXCHANGE OF CADILLAC AND HYUNDAI FACILtTIES
Dear Alan:
The Planning Department has completed a review of your request to exchange the
approved sites for the Cadillac and Hyundai Dealerships within the Car Country Expansion
Specific Plan Area.
Neither of the Planning Commission Resolutions include provisions which strictly tie a
dealership to a site. Both dealerships must comply with all associated conditions of
approval on the site. As a result, the exchange can occur without the processing of
formal approval.
