Dear Van:
This letter is to confirm our phone conversation of November 3,
1989. As I understand, on both the monument sign and the menu
board, you will be counting only the area of the sign itself (not
the base). Also, you were going to change the existing permit
from one monument and two wall signs to: one monument, one wall
sign and one menu board. and I need not do anything more to change
the permit.
I would also like to thank you for all of your hard work on this
project.
