Dear Mr. Marsden:
I have received and reviewed the sign plans you submitted to this office on September 13, 1989. These plans have been
accepted as being in substantial conformance with the originally
approved plans for the above-described project. AS such, no
amendment to the coastal development permit will be required, as
earlier stated.
