4. Distance to the propem line(s) for all proposed freestanding signs.
5. Provide an elevation for all proposed signs which specifies the following:
A. Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed signs.
B. Materials the sign(@ will be constructed of.
C. Proposed sign copy.
AppXANT MUST SUBMIT THREE (3) SElS OF SIGN/SlTE PLANS, A COMPLETED APPLICATION
FORM, AND THE APPLICATION FEE.
