Dear Mr. Lynch,
Security Pacific National Bank has requested that Integrated Sign
Associates transfer sign permits for the above project to Ad Art
Corporation of Los Angeles, who will be the contractor doing the work.
This letter is to authorize the transfer of permits, provided Ad
Art Corporation provides the City of San Diego with al I the
required licenses, certificates of insurance and pays all fees
that may be required for such transfer.
