It is our desire to apply two company names outside the third floor of the building and two additional company names on the retaining wall at the corner of Palomar Airport Road. The current signage that identifies the project would be moved to the retaining wall at the entrance to the project. This location is better for the project as it would be central to the current and future phases. The locations for the corporate names on the building are shown on the attached flyer as numbers one and two. The locations for the corporate names on the corner retaining wall are shown as numbers three and four. The new location for the Palomar Triad name is shown as number five. This application is being made for conceptual approval only. Upon approval Bedford Properties will provide detailed drawings showing the exact size, materials, method of application and exact location of the proposed signage. It is our feeling that the proposed signage is in conformance with zoning requirements and similar, in size not quantity, to that erected on another building in the area at 1921 Palomar Oaks Way owned by Opus Southwest.
