RE: Sign Permit No. SI 90-56 - PEA SOUP ANDERSEN'S
The Planning Department has reviewed your Sign Permit application and reached the
following determination. The proposed freeway-oriented, free-standing sign may be
approved if:
a) The existing free-standing sign at Palomar Airport Road and the northbound
1-5 on ramp is removed;
b) the proposed free-standing sign is redesigned to be compatible with the design
and architecture of the existing buildings and signage;

c) the square footage of the proposed sign does not exceed the aforementioned
existing free-standing sign that is to be removed.
The redesigned sign can be accommodated under this sign permit application. If you
