Subject: Temporary Banner Sign
Thank you for your letter requesting the use of a banner sign for your Octoberfest. This is to inform you that you may use the Octoberfest banner until the close of business on October 4, 1992.
The permanent use of banners can not be permitted. However since you are working with Mike Grimm of the Planning Department to
revise the sign program for Pea Soup Andersen's. I would suggest that you propose some type of permanent changeable signage as part of your revised sign program.
