Please be advised of our approval of the attached sign drawing for the signaqe for our tenant, Baskets In' Things,
(As approved 5/30/90).
Pursuant to the Lease terms in our Sign Criteria (previous-
ly approved by your office) please refer to Item 1-1 of of the attached Sign Criteria for the Carlsbad Gateway Center. Please allow this to serve as notification that Baskets 'n' Things has been designated by the Landlord as
a "special" tenant.
