Dear Mr. Shepersky,
This will confirm our telephone conservation today. We understand that you will soon be
submitting a new design for our consideration. This letter is just a reminder that the
property covered by your sign perrnit application is the subject of an adopted Site
Development Plan (SDP 77-4). As mentioned in our June 4,1990 letter, that plan requires
that the property developer submit a comprehensive sign program for review and approval
prior to issuance of any sign permits. Before we can review and comment upon your new
design, we must have a copy of the comprehensive sign program for the entire building.
If you have not already done so, you might want to contact the building owner and the
other tenants and remind them of this requirement so that the comprehensive sign program
can be developed. To assist you in that, a copy of this letter is being sent to the other
tenants listed on the building directory. A copy is also being sent tot he owner of record.
We look forward to receiving the comprehensive sign program application soon.
