Dear Mr. Shepersky:
This will confirm our telephone conversation on Friday, June 1, 1990. It was a pleasure speaking
with you. The property covered by your sign permit application is the subject of an adopted
Site Development Plan (SDP 77-4). That plan requires that the property developer submit a
comprehensive sign program for review and approval prior to issuance of any sign permits.
Thus, we are unable to proceed with your sign permit application until the comprehensive sign
program has been submitted.
A copy of this letter is being sent to the developer at the last address shown in our file. However,
since our information is twelve years old, you may wish to bring the comprehensive sign program
requirement to the building owner’s attention.
We appreciate your cooperation. If we can be of further assistance, please let us know. We look
forward to receiving the comprehensive sign program application soon.
