Dear Mr. Sweeney
Thank you for the copy of Section 21:41.050 of the zoning ordinance discussing prohibited signs in the city of
Carlsbad.
I would like to appeal the planning departments decision to deny me the right to have my business phone number on my sign. There are many signs in the city of Carlsbad that include their phone number on the sign advertising their
business establishment. I can find nowhere in the ordinance
where it is directly stated that we cannot use our phone
number on our sign.
Please let me know how can formally appeal this decision.
