We classify this tenant non-major, although occupying a major tenant designated space. This being the case, we request they be accorded the privilege of major tenant signage. This judgment was based on several criteria. First, space 116 was originally designated major tenant in our Sign Criteria. Second, we all agree the east center elevation would have an enhanced central location with the addition of the SeaBreeze sign adding balance between the Wherehouse and COYOTE Bar & Grill signs, thus further establishing the necessary mercantile look to this elevation of the center. Third, Manley Bland commands a high level of respect and achievement in the local real estate community and possesses the potential of establishing an economically viable business capable of generating significant future center traffic. Finally we feel their logo will, in a very short time, be one of high recognition which will benefit the center. On all these matters we hope you would concur in your judgement and decide in favor of our tenant and in so doing make a decision we feel will have positive, long term good for both Village Faire and Carlsbad.
