SUBJECT: COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PROGRAM 90-90 FOR THE PACIFIC POINT
BUSINESS CENTER (SDP 89-2)
Dear Sean:
The Planning Department and Traffic Engineering Division have reviewed the proposed
Comprehensive Sign Program for the Pacific Point Business Center. Several minor
revisions need to be made prior to the Sign Program being approved. The revisions are
as follows:
Planninq:
1. Delete note number 3 on the signage Site Plan and renumber the remaining notes.
2. Number each tenant space on the site plan.
3. List the applicable signage of 15.5 square feet below each tenant number on the
site plan.
4. Delineate which building elevation will contain signage for each building on the
site plan.
Traffic Enaineering:
1. The northern monument sign needs to be located back further from the curb face.
Minimum 30 feet back from curb face. Minimum 15 feet north of edge of driveway
(as shown on pian).
