The preliminary draegs detailing the appro*ate location and style of both xhe
directional signage and the site specific promotional signage have been- reviewed. Since
the maximum height for monument sighs will be kept at or below 8 feet, and- the location
of these signs will not interfere with traffic or site distancing requjrements,.the proposed . -
signage is approved on a conceptual basis only.
A sign program including provisions for all p€anning Teas will be required prior to actual - --
approval of any signage. - ".
