Gentlemen:
We have reviewed the proposed sign plan for the above referenced tenant and have been asked by Hallmark Marketing Corporation, the tenant's franchisor, to join in support of the plan. The Hallmark identity has specific lettering proportions between the corporate logo and the franchisee's identity, in this case "PATTI 'Sf' and "CARDS GIFTS PARTY".
In reviewing the tenant's proposed sign in its entirety, we feel it is in reasonable good taste to allow the IIH1' and 'W' in
"Hallmark" to exceed the dimensions outlined in the approved
sign program and recommend your approval.
