Dear Mr. East
Staff has reviewed your application for a sign permit and has determined that 3.7 square
feet of signage must be excluded from the total proposal of 16.9 square feet. A total of
13.2 square feet of signage is permitted based on the equation used to calculate signage
in the Village Redevelopment Zone. Please resubmit 3 sets of plans incorporating the
above changes.
