PS 91-12 - REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Dear Mr. Gray:
Thank you for your letter regarding the appeal process for your clients sign permit (REAL
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, 2575 Pi0 Pic0 Drive, Suite 101). I must concur with the City
Attorney’s Office in advising you that your appeal for a sign should have been filed within
10 days of the Planning Commission decision.
The process for applying for such appeals is explained at the beginning of each Planning
Commission Meeting and applicants are encouraged to ask questions at the meeting or
contact Planning Department staff is they have any questions. As Mr. Ball in the City
Attorney’s Office indicated, your client may reapply for a sign within a year or request a
zone code amendment change that would allow for that type of signage along the freeway.
If your client is interested in pursuing either of these two options she should contact the
Planning Department at 438-1161 and they can advise her of the process for pursuing
either re-application or a zone code amendment.
