Dear Mr. Holzmiller:
It was a pleasure meeting with you on Monday. Per our
conversation, I am requesting a review by the Planning
Commission regarding the freeway oriented signage for
"REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT". The request for signage is
based upon primary economic needs,more than sixty percent
of this company's gross income is generated through short
term rentals in La Costa,Carlsbad and surrounding beach
areas.
