Dear Mr. Gray:
The Planning Department has a policy not to issue sign permits that are freeway oriented.
Only freeway service facilities are allowed freeway oriented signage. Since your business
is not a restaurant, a motel, or an automobile service station, it does not qualify for
freeway oriented signage. Sign permit 91 -12, Real Property Management, has been
denied for this reason.
You may appeal this decision to the Planning Commission. You must submit a letter
requesting an appeal and the required fee within ten (1 0) calendar days from the receipt
of this letter.
