Subject: PIP Printing Sign in Plaza Paseo Real Center
Dear Mr. Lynch:
This is to confirm information provided to you in our telephone conversation this morning. It is our
intention, if allowed to increase the sign letter height to 32, to have only the "PIP at 32" with the
"Printing" portion at 13". While this may not agree with our previous request, it is what we intend to
do.
The 32"/13" relationship presents a more pleasing image while still allowing visibility from the main
street. Additionally, the visual effect of this sign will be that of a much smaller sign, thus negating the "Christmas tree" effect within the center.
Again, I request that you take all these points into consideration while formulating your decision. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
