Dear Mr. Casey:
This letter is in regards to your application for a sign permit for Valley National Financial
Services Company. As a condition of the original Site Development Plan 86-04, a Sign
Program needs to be approved prior to issuance of any sign permits. The Sign Program
is a comprehensive plan that will address the sign requirements for the whole site. I will
keep the Sign Permit file that you applied for open for a period of six months from the date
of application, September 12, 1991, or until the application for the Sign Program is in
place. Once the Sign Program is approved, I will process the Sign Permit.
