€&: VALLEY NATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY TENANT SIGNAGE
The following are the criteria for the signage plan for Carlsbad Airport Plaza.
Using the sign criteria from the City of Carlsbad, there shall be no more than one (1 freestanding sign. This existing sign is not to exceed twenty-five (25) feet in width and sha l) 1 not be more than one hundred fifty (150) square feet of sign area (see Exhibit A).
The building shall not have more than one square foot of sign area for each lineal foot- of building frontage. This is not to exceed one hundred square feet in sign area. Placement of sign is as shown in Exhibit B.
The proposed sign, Exhibit B, conforms to the above guidelines as well as city regulations. The referenced tenant’s proposed sign would use almost all of the allotted signage area for the building. Although this would severely limit the signage area available for other tenants, the property owner has approved this request for single identification for this building.
