HomeMy WebLinkAboutPS 91-94; Graham International Plaza; Sign Permits/Programs (PS) (2)October 3, 1994 TO: ASSISTANT PLANNING DIRECTOR FROM: Planning Technician RE : SIGN PERMITS FOR GRAHAM INTERNATIONAL BUILDING Back in 1991, if you remember, Graham came in for four sign permits which we approved. Partially because Triad was getting sign permits. It turns out that Graham never received a final inspection of their sign permits. The sign backs are up but no sign faces have been put up. The building Dept. has extended their permits and the permits now face expiration on October 8th, 1994. The question: If Graham allows the signs to expire, can they get approval of sigh permits again? Is there anything that would prohibit signs in the near future? I've told them (Mark Willey) about the impending Corridor standards for Palomar Airport Road and that it may restrict future signage but I don't know when this will happen. If we tell them they may never get signs again, they may put up signs soon. They say have not put up signs because of costs. Please advise... VL C: Brian Hunter 0 43-w
