Dear Mr Willman:
Staff has reviewed your application for a sign permit and has determined that the permit
cannot be issued until the following issues are resolved:
1. The existing signs placed in the window must be removed prior to the issuance of
the sign permit. These signs include the pasted letters/numbers of phone numbers,
types of services offered, cost of services, etc.
2. The Sign Program for North County Plaza only permits one sign type ''A'' per
premises. A sign type "A" already exists on the west facing elevation. This sign
needs to be removed prior to issuance of the proposed permit.
Please notify me when the above issues are resolved so that 1 can field-verify compliance.
